This idea is so simple, but it makes so much sense:
Individual servings of dip and sliced vegetables or tortilla chips and guacamole mean guests won’t spend all night hovering around one big chip bowl.
These veggie cups were lined up on a single buffet, but, ideally, we’d have a server carry these around on a tray — all the better to encourage mingling!

These are great! We use this idea at our location often. It has so many wonderful applications … shrimp cockail, fruit with yogurt dip, etc. — The only thing that we do a little different is that we order the cups that have a seperation in the middle and put food on one side and dip on the other. Guests love it!
