Everything that Chocolat Moderne makes is delicious, but we can’t help swooning over the gorgeous Avant-Garde Bistro Bars, which come in flavors like white chocolate with passion fruit and cardamon and dark chocolate with blood orange juice and oil of bergamot:

(There’s also a dark chocolate with fresh crushed tomatoes and lemon juice flavor, but we’re not so sure about that one!)
